Honey Kisaragi
She is the main character of Cutey Honey. Honey is a battle android with the ability to transform into many different female bodies, which each of them have their own special power. She is Mayor Light's secretary. While under attack, Mayor Light, Danbei, and Chokei helped her pray for the power to fight. A collar appears around her neck, and was given the power to transform shouting, "Honey Flash".
Chokei Hayami
Even though he has weird, bank robbing parents, he tries to keep peace throughout the city. Chokei's idol is Mayor Light, and hopes one day to take his place. He follows Honey wherever she goes, until he gets a new girlfriend, Natsuko.
Akakabu Hayami
He is Chokei's father. Akakabu loves to rob banks with his wife, Daiko. He has the cool power of absorbing endless pain.
Daiko Hayami
She is Chokei's mother. Daiko's hobby is robbing banks with her husband, Akakabu. When she gets very angry, she has the ability to gain super strength.
Danbei Hayami
He is Chokei's grandfather, that has endless attacks. Danbei is a big pervert, and loves peep on Honey. He likes to handle women, which gives him a bad reputation, and has a special attack called "Magic Undies".
Mayor Light
He is the mayor of Cosplay City. Mayor Light is Chokei's idol, and tries to keep his city peaceful. In the first episode, he was almost killed, but was saved by Honey, his secretary.
Akira
He is the greatest warrior in the bully Alumni. Akira was chained up for refusing to become one of Ms. Scorpion's soldiers. Honey later saves him, and Akira helps her wipe out the Thug Hunters by setting a bomb off in time.
Professor Kabuto
He created the Isrum (Instant Space Removal Machine). Professor Kabuto is just as perverted as Danbei is, and loves to grab women. Later in the episodes, it is revealed that he is a cyborg.
Natsuko
She is Chokei's new girlfriend. Natsuko was a criminal. In her first appearance, she seems to be a member of the bomb squad. After her partner, Gene was possessed by Panther Zora, and later destroyed by Honey, Natsuko joins Honey and the Hayami family.
